Prag Group of Industries is pleased to announce the formation of Prag Aerometrics Private Limited, a new joint venture between Prag Industries India Pvt. Limited and Bharatam Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd. Incorporated on May 11th, 2026, the joint venture brings together the engineering strengths of both partner companies and will be focused on developing specialty products and solutions for the defence and aerospace sectors.

This new venture reflects Prag’s continued commitment to innovation and diversification, extending our decades of precision engineering experience from the railroad and industrial domains into defence and aerospace applications.
